Deutsche Kneipe - București

I visited this restaurant with friends. I was surprised to see that the restaurant reproduces the atmosphere of German restaurants quite well. probably due to the fact that the owner is actually German. otherwise, reasonable prices in consideration of the contrary, very clean, friendly staff mr. Owner...serves on the table. not very complicated menu, obviously with German dressed. fresh food, quickly brought. we liked it and I think we're coming back. Unbelievable whip

Good food overall. specific, as the place wants it. but for appetizers we had 'carnaciori '.we paid 27 ron for 2 sausages that we had to split...54 total. for a very small amount of food. I was really shocked. so don't come back.

Unfortunately, the reception in the restaurant was hostile. The same gentleman who welcomed us, took our order, but was more attentive to the match on TV than to our order. The food was nice, especially pleasing to the onion soup, but the dessert seasoned with...cheap and inadequate toppings. For us: To return to Deutsche Kneipe mean to be a bit of little masochistic.

Been to Deutsche Kneipe a few times and can`t wait for the next visit. The food is amazing, authentic German dishes, the beer is even better and even a non beer person will have a seconds. What makes me like this place even more is...the lovely decor and beautiful garden that makes you feel right at home and the very nice personnel. They will not only make sure you are comfortable but they will recommend the best dishes based on your cravings ;

The restaurant is in an old villa hidden in a residential neighborhood through the Perla-Dorobanti area. The rooms converted into dining rooms are small but it is a pleasant location. It would be better a little warmer inside. It is good that there is here...in Bucharest this restaurant because you can eat and drink something else. It is not a cheap restaurant. They have authentic German beer, imported, you will not find it in other locations, which is very, very good. The food was tasty, good beer, it's worth to come back here for a change.
