Cofetaria Casandra - București

I was a loyal customer for years, but this time I had organized a big event a parastas and some products Coliva had a bad taste. Very disappointed.

The quality of the products was very bad, although they have the price of a top cake shop. For the same bad quality cake you would pay half or less than half of the price you pay at Casandra in a supermarket in Bucharest. The...design of the shop is kind of cozy and it attracts the view, but cakes are inconspicuous.

Every time I'm in town, it's one of the must-see places. I was with a couple of friends twice. We were all very satisfied with the quality and service of the products. I personally was there in recent years, and the high quality remains the same,

I visited Casandra 2 times and I tried 3 delicious cakes (Pavlova, Savarina and Oreo cake). I love sweets in general, but this cakes tasted amazing! I will come back to try some other types too.

There was no queue at the venue and my sister and I waited to be served, there were 2 employees on the ground on the 16th. August 2019. We waited for a good 5 minutes while they were busy and we used this time to decide what cakes to have when they were ready to serve us. We waited directly at the switch when another customer went behind us. They immediately turned their attention to her and one of the employees rushed to help her find a cake. I immediately began to tell the other free staff that we were there first, and she put her hand on us in a gesture to close me and said I have to wait. That was a very unfair treatment. My sister and I had to go and no explanation was given or any attempt to serve us. They just didn't want to serve us to be foreigners and black. What was disturbed was the look that these employees had on their face as if we had insulted them because they were there. We had to go!
