Caspari - Buchholz in der Nordheide

Eating is not as prepared as described on the menu. pommes without spicy, covered fruits completely overripe and decay, meat not fried and completely tasteless. not recommended to eat. only the operating staff is nice, although it doesn't even ask why it doesn't taste.

We were there with several people. from outside it actually made a very good impression. However, we have already met customers who were not satisfied and talked about the bad service. the service was young, but also very stressed and overwhelmed. the records were not always executed and had to remember the entries several times. the waiting times were significantly too long. the food was in order, but also not particularly overwhelming. last but not least, the service has spilled the tablet with the antipasti over me, so my clothes have been completely sewn. the personal apologies, but then it remained. in cleaning was not well supported so they had to ask for a cloth and cleaning agent to clean themselves. I would have expected more. also the floor was not deleted. only to ask, the floor was cleaned and freed from the fat stains, it does not seem to disturb there. the cleaning then prompted me and I was guaranteed the refund directly in front of location and in retrospect per post. the whole is now almost three months ago and despite the announcement and submission of the confirmations and the mailing trade, no euro has been refunded. that was in any case my last visit there and can not give a positive assessment. never again!

To four, we wanted to brunch and we were stripped over the caspari. the device is too dark for me personally, felt more like in the pub. the service has already been stressed, although we among the first guests to observe 10.00 we were led to our place and it was all very close to eating was on the small table for 4 people definitiw too little space. even the place to the neighbor is too small, they will constantly be beaten if one stands graceful or if someone wants to go through. in my opinion, the restaurant should sometimes think about the location, because less tables would be more appropriate. the controls all worked very stressed that took all the time! the brunchbuffet had a lot of choice of cold foods, sausage, cheese, sweet, antipastasti and more. warm foods were much too little, there was a touch, a spicy, a spectacle and a nude running, for a brunch we just expected more. the dressing of eating was okay, but the filling of the buffet was much too slow. on the tables stand thermoscans with coffee that have been exchanged in the meantime, tee is on the. the juices originate from the tetrapak and were not special. overall it was okay, as the price of 12.90 euro is in proportion. we will not repeat it!

Once and never again! Don't even eat snacks. 2x was created new bill because the prices were more expensive than in the card. so it is inconspicuously executed. Let the fingers of it.

In the evening a little bit with some friends? then we always decide for the caspari in buchholz. in summer you can sit quietly in the beer garden outside. the restaurant area has a pleasant atmosphere in the lounge the decor is rather stylish. (here also can be smoked) sport transfers can be viewed here as well. the food and the service is unfortunately always very different. the pizzas are recommended, as they are baked in an extra stone oven. We had, however, already evenings when the service and the food were very bad. but they were more likely to take off. against 19 clock it can be very full here and a table reservation is then sensible.
