Excellent eating, very good location. bad service, the personal has nothing to do with customer advice / hospitality.

Today my man went to lunch with our two children in this situation. when the lunch came, my older son went for a short walk near, as it was very hot outside. when he returned to the table and asked his father where the...Kilator is, one of the staff of the restaurants told my son: out here and don't bother the customers! my man got angry and replied that this is not an acceptable language to have with a child. these said, I found suffocation for the staff of a restaurant to insult the children of the customers, so foreseeable if they still want to visit this situation and they have children! what the criteria used by the representatives of the restaurants in the setting of this type of people are no comment! they could probably not take care of the customer experience less. I will never go there, and I will recommend all my well known. I hope all families with children who want to visit this place to see this contribution!

I was here for a late lunch. after ordering the drink and eating I asked a member of the staff if I can pay with the card, and then surprisingly I can not pay with the card. I just had to go to the next point. how can a restaurant not have pos in this morden world?? I came back to the table, of course, the eating was cold, the call flat brot foccacia wicth was old and tasteless, besides the dame that served us, the rest of the staff lacked in customer service. I'll never eat there again.

What a disappointing experience!!!Never again.Very slow service, we arrived and asked repeatedly to have firstly some water with ice.Needless to say they didn't bothered to bring any until we were ready to order all the drinks.The waitress came and started to serve over the head...of my little girl, dropped the whole tray with drinks on her, luckily she wasn't hurt extremely bad , but she had a cold shower and she was soaked wet.The waitress , poor her panicked, started to tear...We calmed down, ordered food, it was a hot day, children hungry after play.The salad was fade, the foccacia very hard to chew so my friend couldn't eat it.My cafe frappe camed without coffee in the first instance, the second one had some coffee, but the cup was three quarters full of spray cream...Finally the bill, overpriced probably because hearing my child speaking English they figure out we are not locals so they decided a rip off instead of offering something from the house after the horrible accident suffered by my one year old.No change given.Asked to see a Manager, have been told to come back in days to find one.Outside we found another member of staff and he said they have a manager, they called the lady who have never had the decency to come to speak with me to appologise when the accident happened, she preferred to hide.All the staff came outside arguing with me , telling me excuses, saying I should listen to them, because they have no change in the tills so how did I dare to ask for a small amount back etc.In the middle of a couple of hysterical ladies telling I was in wrong pretending to have a good service, good food and correct price and change I preferred to leave the place.Thank you for a traumatising experience, thank you for pretending this is the reality in Romania and I should accept it as it is...It's a shame you functioning in a such a lovely place, around children as well!

We often came here to lunch. Previously, it was a nice place, but the service quality has dropped lately. summing, decent eating and bad services.
