Late after a long flight we were booked at Hotel Scala and asked for a dinner. The hotel staff said we should eat in their restaurant, the restaurant Repertorium Gourmet because the food was good. Since most hotels always say that their food is the best, we have decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised, the food was great. We didn't want to eat much so I had her warm radicchio, endive and walnut salad with balsam glaze that was wonderful. I also had her creamy lens soup with bacon that was delicious. My husband had the pork (big part) that was accompanied with a mushroom dish that was excellent! Other entries in the menu also sound good. Everything was favorable, service was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend eating in the Repertorium Gourmet Restaurant.

This restaurant was right in our hotel scala and was simply the best restaurant in the neighbourhood. it has a selection of traditional and non-traditional foods, and we were able to choose from the starters to create a tasty light meal of hearty suppen and salat.

The choice was great, the food was perfect, we eat there a few times, every time we order something new and were not disappointed at all. The service was perfect. The atmosphere was very elegant and cozy, the interior was stylish. Live saxophone or clarinet...the whole picture is added immensely.

Dopo tre giorni di camminate lunghissime ho scelto di mangiare presso l hotel scala in cui alloggiavo..bruttissima esperienza..gia l assillo del cameriere per farmi scegliere quello che lui desiderava doveva farmi pensare al peggio...poi andiamo di seguito....vino rosso bollente e praticamente imbevibile..di antipasto della polenta che se calda avrebbe dovuto sciogliere il formaggio messo all interno..ma essendo solo tiepida..lascio a voi il risultato..il massimo e stato raggiunto con il secondo...una suola da scarpe..per di piu grassissima...il maiale..immangiabile...delle suole da scarpe piu piccole..le verdure grigliate...senza nessun sapore..il tutto accompagnato da del pan carré bruciato....senza neanche chiedere il perche non avessi toccato il piatto..mi hanno detto se volevo il conto perche dovevano chiudere....una vergogna pagata anche abbastanza cara...non andateci...ci sono sicuramente mille ristoranti meglio di questo...
