I ordered chickens with vegetables and the box was half empty... very disappointed! I don't recommend it!

It is great to see that companies still know how to deal with customers. We know that we live in a world where people never admit their mistakes, and we say that it does less and less daily, while the number of mistakes increases. Call it human nature, but for every mistake, we'll find someone to blame. You somehow mixed my order. I like chickens and vegetables and can't eat any other meat like duck or beef. Guess what I received today? There was another type of rice ordered and chicken with something else and of course duck and beef, but I wanted to report it only in case someone cares. I am used to fighting in my country and threatening to maintain your rights, even if other mistakes make, so I began to cut my losses and was ready to eat rice and chicken whatever. I will not go into more details here as the Trolls find hidden reasons and excuses in it and no, that is not advertising. For your information I first wrote 2-3 lines with details and removed them as you only find excuses to attack me or them, so people are nowadays. To shorten the story, these people only checked a few things and admitted them to the mistake, they said SORRY, who is rare here and said they will change the order again as soon as they can. One hour later I received my long expected order and enjoyed it. Thank you Chopstix. PS. It is sad that we must be impressed by what other normal services call. It is also sad that you think we are so impressed by so small, but that is what you encounter when you also fight for the smallest things. I'm really sorry I can't share the whole experience, but trust me, give them a chance if you can order.

Never in my life have I seen employees with such terrible manners and respect for customers. Too little food for too high prices.

Everytime i want to grab a comfort dish i order for delivery their yummy tofu dish. They also have a diverse vegan menu, with simple but tasty dishes. They started to make portions smaller, so i guess 16 lei is too much for the portion, plus the plain rice is also pretty expensive (8 lei)... but i will give them 5 stars, it's my favourite delivery option.

I was eating here and the food was better before everything is very oily now and also very salty.i will not recommend.better another restaurants in Bucharest
