Chez Marie Garden - Bucharest

We went there for a meeting, with some of my co-workers. The welcome was excellent from the owner and the staff. The food was very good and we tryed, traditional food. Higly recommended.

I have been to Chez Marie 2 times in september. The first time I was with 2 friends and our babies, during the week. We liked the playground and that they have some tables near it. The food was good. The next time we were in a Sunday, to celebrate our son's birthday, with our cake a vegan one, because of my son's allergy to dairy). Even though I specified when I called to rezerve a table this, they almost did not accept the cake when we arrived. The waiters are unprofessional and somewhat unpolite. On both occasions we had problems with the bill. During the week-end, the size of the portions was smaller maybe also because of the cake). I personally do npt recommend it.

I met some partners in the Garden. The place ia good for smoking, bad coffee, bored waiters. Food has no taste. The asparagus i ordered was not there. Don’t go to the toilet, smells like hell!

I do not recommend this restaurant for parties organized because: 1.The room for the party was not arranged at all. In a dark and cold room there were tableware on the table and that was all! I regret that we did not take pictures when we arrived. would have spoke for itself 2. Serving is very bad and rude staff And you are forced to leave 10% tips for staff even if you are not happy with the services. PS: I was verry embarrassed in front of my guests. If you respect your guests don t party here. I will not the same mistake again. The only good things were the kindness of the restaurant owner and good food.

We were three guests We ordered spaghetti with seafood, and the carving with chips, was very delicious and excellent service. One of the guests suffered from smoking and went outside, the waiter brought him the dessert for the garden outside, even the dessert apple strudel with ice was excellent.
