Bidrage med feedbackSeven of us came to breakfast and sat inside. During the review of the menu, the server came to the table to take our drink order, but no one could hear it, as the music from the speaker over us was unhappyly loud. We asked her if she could turn it off and committed her. However, after their return and during speaking with us, the volume became louder than before. We saw her look in the direction of the kitchen and knew that the music was reappeared. We tried to visit among us, but it was impossible to hear about the music. One of our parties stood up and went where the music controls were and asked again, not the server this time to lower the volume. Suppose our simple request would be followed, we have placed our meal orders. Before our meals arrived, the music had become unbearable and I rose up and went where the stereo system was. Our server showed up in the kitchen and informed the owner was in. I approached him and asked if he refused the music, but he refused. He said the music was for employees and customers. I explained that it was not me alone, but seven of us who submitted the request (a total of nine customers in the restaurant at the time). He returned to me and went away. I explained that this incident in his reviews would not go well and his answer was Boohoo . He had lost seven loyal customers due to his attitude to his customers. Not recommend Mr. Santana 's.
We have been going to Mr. Santana for a few years. Yesterday my wife and I and five friends met for breakfast. We sat in the corner table just under a fan and a speaker. We immediately found out that we couldn't hear anyone else playing music about the load and asked our waitress to turn the music as we ordered our coffee. She followed, but one minute later the volume was increased to its original level. When she returned to get our breakfast order, we said we'd order it as soon as they switched off the music. After our order, the volume of music was increased again. I went to the kitchen and asked for the third time to turn off the music and the waitress filled. But, unfortunately, after less than a minute, the volume decreased. Soon after, one of us went to talk to the owner to plead our case again. The owner said the music was for everyone in his restaurant and he wouldn't turn it off. It was then politely pointed out that there were currently 11 customers in his restaurant, of which 7 were not happy when his music influenced our conversation. When the owner shut off the music, his answer was for us on Go To Hell! We met, we paid for our coffee without tip and left his restaurant. Mr. Santana lost seven customers, and our recommendation to eat there.
The breakfast menu is ridiculously large and overly included. Two of us ordered Sunday breakfast. I ordered eggs Benedict, soft, with some extra sauce on the side and with one side of home potatoes, as no pages were mentioned in the article description. My friend ordered Mexican scrambled eggs with bacon and one side home potatoes, as no page seemed to be offered. Both potato sides were ordered well. The table was finally offered a drink after some time. Then a plate of two small slices of butter toast and strawberry jam was presented. After 20 minutes or so meals were served. The eggs Benedict were served on bacon and extremely thin English muffins with one side of asparagus and cherry tomatoes. The eggs came Mexican without meat, some very thin fried beans and a small container of domestic potatoes. The unordered side was a thick sheet of bacon, as well as the ordered side of the home potatoes. First we realized that we had ordered both unnecessary home potatoes, as pages were presented on the menu without mentioning. My eggs were soft as ordered, the house potatoes were under boiled potatoes with cream. The expected ham or lend bacon among the eggs was instead two short pieces over boiled bacon. The Hollandaise sauce was acceptable. The asparagus was badly trimmed and was not completely edible. Overall, I left my potatoes and half the asparagus, while my friend ate all the offers and took the extra home potatoes he had returned to the kitchen for more cooking. The truth of the meal came into account: instead of ordering the eggs mexican with bacon on the side, the waitress had just ordered a side of bacon and ignored the menu-offered choice of meat. The restaurant interior is pleasant, although with strange slopes on a wall of mats of imitation Efeu. We will not return.
My wife and I had breakfast here several times, enjoyed the eggs Benedict.very clean and wonderful service. Highly recommend. Ron Lorraine
Great little spot! Much choice! Mexican eggs Benedict, Chicken Tacos, Tacos and Salsa. Many other choices. So far the coldest beer served here!
