Rosa Restaurante Mexicano - Bucerías

This restaurant was across the street from the Casitas a group of us were staying. It looked to be an easy first nights dinner so we stopped in. Fortunately it was happy hour so everyone ordered different Margarita's. Mango, strawberry, but most intresing was the jalapeño, mild, medium or hot, I would suggest not doing the hot. The drinks were very good. Next came the grilled tomato salsa, excellent. Tortilla soup, outstanding, main courses, everyone had something different and everyone was very pleased. We liked this place so much we went back two more times for a total of three meals in one week. The staff, the garden, are all very pleasant. We made a special trip back to Bucerias, this March just to eat at Rosa's. I can't wait to get back there on my next visit.

Wonderful experience...the courtyard...plants...table side food prep...The food was amazing... the large hot, stone bowls ( Molcagete) of cheese, shrimp, chicken, beef, onions, cactus and pineapple........it all melts together in the hot stone bowl and is served with tortillas and rice. marguerites were the best... the staff VERY welcoming One of our favorites and will return

The warm salsa and guacamole was delicious. And made right at the table. Also the cilantro cheese is a must-try!! Great for family. Loved eating outside in the courtyard.

Once again we loved our experience at Rosa's. Again Rosa was there and she is SOOOOOOO wonderful. The food was the best I have ever had (anywhere) and the atmosphere eating in the garden with the wonderful service and conversation was so relaxing. The price is very reasonable for the service, food quality and quantity, and atmosphere. I dream of returning.

Love. Amazing place. Must visit. Food is to die for. Guacamole will blow your mind. Cadillac margarita, salsa, and everything else was to perfection.
