Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bryan

AVOID THIS PLACE! I've been here twice, and both times were disappointing. The staff was rude, and my order was incorrect. It's a shame because we usually enjoy Popeyes. Food rating: 1/5.

Customer service at this location is beyond Awsome. Mike and Nique Nique always make sure the food is fresh and customer's in the lobby is happy.

Well they gave my Uber eats order to someone random that wasn’t my Uber driver…. So 3 Uber drivers later (after 2 canceled their trip because apparently this Popeyes location is THAT BAD) I finally got my meal close to an hour later

I had a wonderful experience today! They were a bit short-staffed on drivers, but the service was still excellent. The lady managing the front counter was able to handle both the register and the drive-thru with such grace! Truly impressive—God bless them!

While all the other employees were just standing around in the parking lot, the girl was the only one actually working. It took 30 minutes to get my sandwich. The poor girl had to handle everything by herself while the other staff didn't seem to be doing anything in the building.
