I ordered online delivery, and apparently delivery for this Marcos, ends at 11:30, and I missed that (my typical self , so I called and told them that I didn't have a way out there to get it, and then decided that I could probably walk down, and get my son's car, to drive out there. The man on the phone was SUPER nice, and he made the choice to find someone to bring it to me, so that I didn't have to try and get out there. Then, the guy that delivered it, was SUPER nice, as well. I did leave a tip from my card, but this is one of those moments where I wish I had had, cash on hand, to give him another tip! I work in a restaurant, and I know how frustrating these types of situations can be, but I was treated with respect and ultimate kindness, which makes me want to go above and beyond for our own customers. We ordered a large order for Xmas and it was ready quickly and was delicious.
My husband and I both love their thin crust pizzas the customer service is great they get the order right and it's ready in good time they don't skimp on the toppings like some other places do and the price is right
They have no customer service. They also can't train new people very well either. Because I called to order and they mute me or whatever the call was lost. I called back finished my order I thought. A hour later I call back to see where my order is. They told me it wasn't order because the call was lost.
Love the pizza! We had a late Christmas party with 6 adults and 6 kids. Every staff person was great and very helpful!
