La Ruota - Brusson

We have tried several restaurants of Ayas Valley for 4 consecutive summers, so we can reasonably adfirm that La Routa is one of the best restaurant. First, the quality of the food is noticeable. We have eaten both pizza and traditional food (polenta, crespelle, meat) and we have appreciated every dish. In addition, the service is kind and quick (they have two turns), the atmosphere is good, although the interior design and the building are rather informal. Shortly, both the service and the environment are acceptable. Finally, we have paid less than 60 euros for three people, eating two dishes each persons and drinking wine/beer: a very reasonable and convenient price. Thus we like to eat at La Ruota and we will return to this restaurant

One of the only places that had place at Saturday night. We were 12 people, we took like 7 different dishes. Everything was ok but nothing more like we use to eat in Italy.
