Right off the slopes, with a comfortable sun deck overlooking a breathtaking view, here you can have a quick bit or taste the typical polenta concia , corn meal with butter and fontina cheese. Also great for dinner!
We came to Estoul after a long walk in the mountains and were very very hungry. We ordered a polenta with carbonada . The portions were big, the dish was very delicious and we remained extremely satisfied with this place, the staff is friendly and open, the place is simple and cosy. A great discovery, recommended.
We had dinner with the family. We were really good. All the dishes were very good and the staff really nice. Special mention to the variation I demand for dessert: drowned to genepy instead of coffee: really delicious!! !
Very good dinner, friendly staff and friendly and family atmosphere! 'The lunch of babette offers a delicious cuisine typical Valdostana: we order a soup and a polenta tancia with sausage, both excellent and to finish pasche stuffed with the 'amaretto tasty!
