Bidrage med feedbackThe owner of the restaurant was friendly and prepared our meal quickly and fresh when we arrived. Since we were the first in line, we didn't have to wait. The restaurant may not have a fancy appearance, so we decided to get our food to go and enjoy it in Josaphatpark, which was a great choice for us!
I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes after it officially opened and they seemed surprised to see a customer. The food was very disappointing, especially the bread, salad, and tomatoes which were bland. If you are a tourist looking for a vegan option in the area, you might be disappointed as it did not meet expectations.
This restaurant offers traditional çigköfte wraps and microwaved falafel wraps. While it may not compare to freshly fried falafel from Lebanese or Syrian restaurants, it is still flavorful and unique with its own condiments.
We had the cig kofte wrap, and a couple of their kofte farci (they also have falafels . Everything was yummy, a great value considering that the wrap costs 4€ and the kofte farci 1.5€. And the staff is friendly. It's mainly a take-away; but know that there is a small place for eat-in just in case. The only issue I found with this place is that they sell yogurt (dairy-based one on one of their fridges. And it was not clear to me whether their chocolate dessert (souffle was 100% vegan. If someone else could confirm that would be great. :
The best cigkofte place in the world! Completely vegan
