Panera Bread - Brunswick

Got off the highway to go to Cheddars but they didn't even come to our table to take our order, so we left. And we were so happy we ended up at this Panera instead. The staff was super friendly and the food was yummy.

Clean store, fresh bread. Bagel sandwiches were good. Cookies were not as fresh because we were there for breakfast, and they tasted like they were from the day or two before. Lots of parking, the store is clean, and the service was good.

We hadn 't tried the Panera here in Brunswick until today, so we picked up some lunch. We ordered the Signature Chicken sandwich $11.29 and the Smokehouse BBQ Chix sandwich $8.99 and the Fuji apple cranberry lemonade $3.99. My Signature sandwich tasted good. My husband said the BBQ sandwich tasted like boild chicken covered in BBQ sauce with some crunchy things on it he only tasted the sauce. So the flavor of the food is hit or miss. Honestly, the fuji apple cranberry lemonade was very tasty. The two sandwiches, w/chips and one drink was $25.73. The $11.29 sandwich was smaller than the $8.99 sandwich. WAY over priced. Then $3.99 for 12oz of lemonade is ridiculous even if it is tasty....I guess it 's the fancy cup that drives up the cost. Won 't be going back.

This location consistently gets my orders wrong. I ask for basic customizations like extra lettuce or no onions. And there is always an issue. Why are the orders always wrong? I waited for months thinking it was just something temporary….but it was a mistake to hope for a good meal. My order was wrong again today.

I am really disappointed with this location in regards to the consistency of how my order is made. I ordered the BLT Roasted Turkey sandwich on December 2, 2021. This time the turkey was not roasted on the sandwich and it felt as if I was eating Oscar Myer turkey lunch meat. Also, whomever was applying the condiments on the sandwiches need to apply less. The sandwich I received was very smothered with tomato signature sauce. Receiving the pickle isn’t always guaranteed neither. I’ve had better experiences here but I cannot consider this experience one. In regards to the meat on the sandwich, below is photos of what I received versus what I would normally receive.
