Mcdonald's - Brunswick

I was greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival. The cashier engaged in friendly small talk, which added a nice touch to the experience. Surprisingly, my food was ready before I even finished placing my order. A staff member complimented my outfit while handing me my food, which was a nice gesture. Both the interior and exterior, as well as the parking lot, were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The food was served piping hot and fresh. I highly recommend this place—10/10!

The drive-thru service was quick, and the staff were friendly and cheerful. While the chicken was a bit overcooked for my preference, it was still tasty. I'll definitely be returning!

Our food was good enough. Their attention to us and other customers was non-existent. Noone asked if the food was alright or if they could get us anything else wasn't asked of any of the diners while I was there. Also, the main floor was dirty!

Stopped here before. Service is on the slow side and the bathrooms have seen some better...cleaner days. So has the ice dispenser lever. Will probably find another option the next time through.

The staff was quite rude during my visit. My sandwiches were both prepared incorrectly. When I raised the issue with one of my orders (which was supposed to be a double cheeseburger with extra pickles, extra onions, no ketchup, and no bun), I received a double cheeseburger on a bun, with only ketchup. The way they remade it was simply unacceptable (see attached photo). My mother also faced a long wait of nearly 30 minutes for her order, which consisted of just one sandwich and a drink. She had ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles and had even paid extra for bacon. It’s baffling that it took 30 minutes and her sandwich was still made incorrectly. The only reason I’m not giving a one-star rating is that the manager was kind enough to retrieve and hold onto my niece's phone after she left it behind.
