Dunkin' - Brunswick

Extremely satisfied with the order I received from this location. It was a busy Sunday morning. I went in to place my order and got it really well made with generous spread and quality ingredients. The line was moving just fine and everybody was gettingtheir order just right and on their way. Keep up the great work guys!!

Well 2 times this week so far our order has been wrong in the drive thru. Monday was the wrong coffee and today was the donuts my husband order 3 chocolate frosted donuts and we only got 2 strawberry frosted ones in the bag and no receipt. They arestarting to fall off. Time for me to save our money and start making coffee at home and if I want a really good donut I?llhave to make a trip out to spud nut. Btw we didn?t go back because we were on our way to work.

Terrible customer service. Very dismissive and my coffee was spilled because lid was not secured properly.

Absolutely worst Dunkin I've ever been too and unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. They get nearly every drink wrong. I rarely complain or leave reviews, but this is ridiculous. I've been here dozens of times and 1 out of 5 drinks will be right. Not an exaggeration. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my drink when there were only 2 people in there and 9 employees. 2 of the employees did nothing but stand there and talk. Regardless, 7 employees should be able to make one iced coffee faster than 10 minutes when there's only 2 people in the dining room. To the management, train your employees better. To top it off they didn't salt the driveway and I fell....? lol.
