Aquarel - Brugge Centrum

Hard to find a restaurant that is not a tourist trap in this part of the city. This one seems more welcoming. Friendly and minimally trilingual staff. Quick order but 40 minutes before being served (there was a world on the terrace). Most expensive but the 2 specialties (Carbonnade and Wind Vol) were good. Inside small but quiet, so it was good for us.

Sweet menu simple but good and relatively vary all while remaining in a typical setting. From the outside, the restaurant does not pay a mine and an archaic map does not want to return but it really is worth stopping.

Pleasant staff, very good carpaccio of beef cheese croquette Price a little high percontre And I doubt the fact that the waffle is made home unlike what the waitress told me. Satisfied overall

It has a fairly standard menu, but I was most impressed by the fact that it is for my nutritional needs. The price of this place was also reasonable. We paid about 45 € for two people to eat here. I had a tomato filled with shrimp on a bed of salad and one side of chips. I found the portion size more than filling. It wasn't very busy when we left and we were served pretty fast. The waiters were kind too. All in all, I enjoyed my culinary experience and would definitely come back.
