Very happy to find our favorite restaurant, after this difficult period, especially for them. The welcome of Madame is always as charming as it is efficient in the service all night, while finding the delicate, creative and tasteful dishes of Monsieur Christophe enchants us every time. A little frustrating on the palate, each deserving of being presented in the entrance. Sashimi of St Jacques is quite classic, except for the lobster air mousse that overlooks him. Just RE-MAR-QUABLE! Excellent and creative cuisine around the truffle, a discreet, efficient, attentive and very well-kept service, all in an intimate setting. A beautiful address in Brussels.
