Frites Atelier - Bruessel

A friery that's worth the detour. Off the brouha of the most popular frieries, you will find delicious fries, very crispy, with sauces worked. The burgers are also very good, though small. Small flat on the ratio price quantity, count 13€ for a burger without fries and 9€ for a special fries picket 5,95€ for a classic fries picket.

Some fries a little expensive compared to other Brussels frieries but it can be understood with the frame (and then it is a restaurant), also rather oily. The sauces are amazing, especially the truffle

Service at the counter ... the places are tastefully decorated...all gives the impression that we will eat the best bx fries...and it is a bit the case...this sign is original by the accompaniments that it offers directly on the fries package. Means eating out (in a street not badly crowded and active with bx) or inside according to your desires.

A must in Belgium for fries! Frites Atelier proposes fries as nowhere else: it is a Belgian star chef who set up this recipe. After the specific choice of potatoes, the fries are cooked with double cooking: you get very crispy fries on the outside, and melting inside!! They can also be taken with different accompaniments: delicious homemade sauces (mayo, truffle, harissa, bearnaise, etc.) or typical Belgian sauce dishes (wind vol, carbonnade . Very good shrimp croquettes too!

A refrigerator to be made at least once during your stay in Brussels. Very good fries, crispy, and excellent sauces for all tastes. Our favorite: truffle.
