Bidrage med feedbackI was disappointed that the kebab I ordered was served cold. The chips were decent and the delivery driver was punctual. Overall, it was a mediocre experience, but definitely not the worst I've had.
If I could, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. The delivery was extremely slow, taking an hour and 20 minutes for a delivery that should have only been 10 minutes away. The burgers were cold and tasteless, and the eclairs were stale. We paid £15 for this terrible service. The delivery driver was rude, aggressive, and unpleasant. We tried calling the restaurant multiple times to find out where our order was, but they never answered. While we understand that it is a difficult time for businesses, we still made the effort to order from them, only to be disappointed by their lack of communication. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, not even our worst enemy.
I was very disappointing by this take away. It was fairly expensive and didn't taste that nice. The lamb had a funny taste and wasn't the usual texture that i was expecting. I asked for just some extra chicken donner meat obviously for price. But i was told i must buy an entire kebab only. Not recommended plenty better places near by.
Me and my partner order our kebabs from here at least once every two weeks, sometimes even once a week for a good couple of months. The first 2 or so months we couldn't fault it we was so pleased to find a kebab house that delivered and offered a wrap instead of a pitta bread. However, the last month or so we have consistently had our kebabs messed up. One with no sauce, both with no sauce, one with the wrong meat (ordered lamb shish and turned up with a lamb donner). Tonight one kebab was perfect and the other had nothing but chilli peppers and sauce on it!!! After a very long day at work it is not what you want. And then to wait 20 minutes for the salad and sauce to turn up to eat a cold soggy kebab lovely! Great food, great value, friendly staff but just lack of attention to detail let's the place down. Obviously we expect a few slip ups here and there but to have it consistently for a couple of weeks now, we have had enough! One last chance!
I normally order my food over the counter and wait for it to be prepared and it is normally okay but for the first time I decided to do a phone order for delivery. Full marks for the prompt delivery, wish I could say the same for the food quality. Having watched this particular meal being prepared in the shop many times I could not believe the difference in quality and content, and not for the better. In my opinion there was an element of the meal missing and the description on the menu of the content content was different, when I phoned to ask about missing items the reply I was given was I have been preparing these meals for 15 years and nothing has changed but for 10 years plus I have had food from Crystal in my opinion things have changed. It makes me wonder if having food ordered for delivery is not prepared the same way as food ordered at the counter for take away.
