Whataburger - Brownsville

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is excellent. They are always attentive and friendly. My favorite location is the one on Boca Chica.

The staff here is the best in the world, and the place is incredibly clean. Steven, Felix, Adrian, Cesar, and Pedro definitely deserve a raise!

Wonderful customer service! Aaron was incredibly friendly and welcoming when he greeted me and took my order. He also made a point to clean the dining area and check in with customers for drink refills. I can't wait to return! Thank you!

The online app does not give me the option to order curbside. When ordering from this place there is a 50/50 chance you will get good customer service and that your meal will be made as you asked. You just never know. I have gotten horrible customer service but yet have gotten great c.s., too.

Love me some whataburger but my last 3 visits have not been pleasant. Getting my order wrong and not releasing it till getting home. Then having to go back or not just not wanting to go back due to traffic and inconvenience. Whataburger please double check order and replace partial order or give freebies make it worth returning. Better shape up
