The Palm Lounge - Brownsville

The Palm Lounge is a historic downtown restaurant and bar. They are known for their delicious burgers, my favorite is the jalapeno burger. I also very much enjoy their jalapeno poppers, which are stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon thenserved on a corn tortilla like a taco with grilled onions on the side, amazing. The micheladas are good too! Update: Had theSeattle-Style Dog today, it was great. I also tried the ceviche tostada, yummy ????????

Beautiful place with long history. the upkeep and remodeling is fantastic, so kudos to owner/management for cleanliness and fun vibes. it lacks events or promotion, but perhaps that is intentional. I enjoy the place when I find myself on it. bartender and drinks are great.

I met up with the some friends here. The atmosphere was nice and chill. I also had a burger here and it was really good. Better than I expected, tbh, and it was reasonably priced too. The bartender was very friendly also. Great experience, overall.

I'm here now on a girls' trip with my bestie and the atmosphere is nice, waiter is very attentive with as busy it and food looks and tastes amazing.
