Mcalister's Deli - Brownsville

I would be happy with this place if they could get at least one of my orders right. I don't want to have to drive back every single time. PAY ATTENTION! Makes me not want to go back.....EVER!

Mcalister’s Deli is my favorite place to dine in. I love everything about it. The team was excellent and did a great job making me feel welcomed. Such as the cleanliness and the customer service is always on point. The food is so delicious and fresh. As soon I was about to finish my drink they were already offering me a refill without me having to wait. The whole staff is friendly. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant. 5 out of 5!

Quick and friendly service. Food was good. Will definitely come back again.

Terrible customer service. Made me wait in drive thru 1 hour for my food. Which made me late to work. There was only me and one other customer. My food should have been ready way before the time i even got there.

I order the spud max and the chipotle spud. My potatoes were not big at all, they were regular potatoes that I could have done at home. Very disappointed. Not the usual huge size I have seen from this location and other locations.
