Fiber Plus Pastry Shop - Brownsville

Went there, they had no tongs nor pans. I had to ask for some. Lady gives me a used pan. When I asked why it was dirty she just gave me a look. Hand sanitizer bottle had cloudy liquid in it. Bread was a bit bland. Topping not too sweet, which was great but presentation was not appetizing.

I adore this restaurant. The cream cheese and jalapeño stuffed wonton rolls are scrumptious. I also appreciate the variety of vegan options available.

This is definitely the best bakery in Brownsville! The food is very healthy and I love that their broths are made with 100% natural flavors. I will definitely be returning!

I would give them zero stars if I could when they refused to give service to me because I do not know Spanish!!! I left; I’m not going back ever; and I’m not recommending them to anyone!
