I saw the waitress in the microwave coffee in a cup. the restaurant is small. from a few tables they have, are about 2-3 tables filled with either sauces occupied the waitress and the other with a utensil stand. with approx. 6 tables for customers. then the tables were dirty with unrecorded tellers, while the waitress sat on their phones. the owner must honestly manage the personal better, the service has always lacked. would only return the IF service. but overall it would not recommend going here.
One of the best restaurants we were in brownsville! the menu is diverse and interesting. my friend and my mother had the pozole verde de pollo and said it was fantastic. I had entomotadas and a flare de calabaza quesadilla and it was also great and you have to try the pande elote! everyone was so friendly, the quality of the ingredients is high, and they can say that much care and effort goes into the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant as a whole. we will definitely return!
We came to Brownsville to shop and came across 3 Marias. We love to try local food and we were not disappointed. Liz, the owner, greeted us and explained how everything worked and all the options. She sat us at a table and brought us samples of different things to try before ordering. The quesadillas are great! The mole is delicious. We will be back and 3 Marias found life long customers.
Super amazing and authentic Mexican food (non Tex-Mex). So many unique options like huitlacoche. The portions were such a great deal for the price. The comida corrida was served with pozole verde which was a great surprise. The tortillas were freshly made and delicious. Additionally, the rice and beans tasted like home and not like restaurant food. Probably one of the best restaurants I’ve tried in Brownsville. The only thing that could have made this better was if they served aguas frescas.
Great option to have breakfast. Good variety of dishes and the service is also very attentive and quick. Family environment.
