Subway - Brownstown Township

Used to be a great place. Last time I was there huge amounts of mustard and mayo on my sub, it was literally soaking through the wrapping. Had to ask the guy to change his gloves so it wouldn't end up all over the bun to. I work in the same complex as them. Will be driving to the next Subway next time. This Subway has a touch-screen drive-thru that you couldn't touch if you had four-foot long arms. (That'll work out well in Michigan winters. You then have to wade through all the new names they've given their subs to see if one comes close to what you want. They don't list the veggies, bread or cheese choices or dressings. (They might be buried in the screen somewhere if you can find them. I finally gave up and went inside. The staff was very helpful, made what I wanted and said the get a lot of the same complaints from customers.What marketing-genius at Subway thought continually changing the menu around was a good idea?(And the drive-thru touch-screen you can't touch without getting out of your car? Ridiculous. I've always liked Subway for years, but it's getting to be too big of a pain-in-the-rear to just place and order.From now on it's Tubby's for me. Life's too short.

Ordered on line and watched them make two hot sandwiches quickly loaded with meat, veggies and served warm. Very happy

This place is very stingy with the meat they put about four slices of turkey on a Titan turkey foot long and when they sent me a review and I complained about it the manager had the nerve to say they have a very strict policy of how much meat to put on each sandwich that was his comeback and I let him know that I would never be back again because that is not how the Titan looks online and that is not how it's supposed to be made it had more onions on it than meat come on now I'm not paying for onions I'm not paying $12 for onions never again will I go back to the subway ever and I let him know that also I'll continue to go to Jersey Mike's like I have been I only came there because it was a buy one get one and that's exactly what I got one sandwich..........This place will never get a dime of my money again.

This place is very stingy with their meat they put four pieces of Turkey on the Titan turkey foot long and then I ordered a steak footlong wasn't enough steak on there to cover a half foot long this place is a rip off and I will never ever go there again
