The reservation wasn't acknowledged, so it wasn't in the system. Luckily, there was a table available, but this could have been an issue if the restaurant had been busier. The server approached us to take our order before we had even taken off our coats, yet it took over an hour for our food to arrive. After we got the bill, we also had to wait a long time to settle the payment.

Great value when using a voucher, but some parts of the food were served cold (which I informed the staff about).
