Subject: Feedback on Recent Visit Dear Tim Hortons Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit to one of your locations. Unfortunately, I left feeling very unsatisfied with my experience Tuesday February 20th in the evening. Upon placing my order, I encountered a significant issue with the staff member's knowledge of the menu. Despite clearly stating my order, the individual seemed unsure and even questioned if the item was available. After repeating my order, it became apparent that the staff member was unfamiliar with how to prepare it. As a long-time patron of Tim Hortons, this was undoubtedly the worst experience I have encountered at one of your establishments. Such instances can be quite disheartening for loyal customers like myself. Like many other reviews, this Tim Horton has 2.5 stars which is really disappointing. Thank you.

If only we could give 0 stars I would, I sure don't expect much with this type of brand. But when you go to order at the drive-thru and the only thing they can make to eat is pizza nothing else. I had to wait 5 minutes behind the car because I didn't take anything. Between the far too frequent errors on orders, the endless waiting time... it's probably the worst time in the world Service: Take out
