R.I.P. Kanda Thanks dear Trudeau and all Liberal COVID-Paranoid idiots for killing my favorite sushi place!

This place has been closed for over a year but google still shows it’s open

Very disappointed to show up there And it's closed down. And it's not indicated on any of their social media or website. Waste of time

Kanda is my favourite sushi place and I was thrilled to go back after the lockdown but things have certainly changed. The quality of food has gone down insanely. The tempura shrimp was thick and breaded instead of light and crunchy (salt n pepper shrimp tougher than normal too), the avocados weren’t ripe, the Udon noodles were tasteless.... It felt like we were at a sushi Macdonalds to be totally honest, i don’t know what on earth changed but I’m scared to go back and be disappointed once again...

I have eaten here as well as had take out and both times the food was delicious! We always have great service. It's an all you can eat so as soon as we're done, the waiter comes by and takes our order for the next round. The staff is welcoming and makes sure we have everything we need. The sushi is delicious and there is quite a variety!
