Food was overcooked, and no spices were used. 40 min and no server to replenish drinks or ask if dessert was wanted and if we even liked our meal. Finally, the manager was flagged down who got the server. I wouldn't recommend eating here. $96.00 for a bad meal and bad service. Very sad. the restaurant has lost the sense of its identity. I 've loved the restaurant for 20 years+, the best sides easily. but, the owners decided to remove the baked beans. what an incredible wander. It 's like removing BBQ sauce from ribs to save money. so ridiculous. and disappointing. the baked beans were what complemented the ribs best. remove the fries!!!! but bring back the beans. cabbage and bean salad is essential. plus... the rack of ribs is much smaller and finally, the atmosphere has also been changed. the red velvet benches...replace with plastic benches. the lounge and classical jazz music which gave a romantic and rich atmosphere..... now replaced by cheap music found in elevators. really sad. very unfortunate. Hello!, this was my first time there so apparently their ribs were supposed to be good. So the place was actually pretty empty and it took at least 35 minutes. By the time I drank two pints of beer to get my ribs. After my ribs got there it was so dry. There was no more meat on it literally. So I returned it and I replaced it with the steak sandwich. So I got to admit The steak sandwich was delicious but one thing I brought it to go and then I soon I start eating it. There was one big piece of bone in it and I couldn't believe it. Thank God I did not swallow it and choke. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go there and show the pictures of the bone and let's see what happens. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
