Paris Banh Mi Café Bakery Broomfield

Cashier had an unwelcoming and annoyed tone the entire interaction with him. Love the food here disappointed in the service this time.

I ordered the grilled pork banh mi and it is delicious! The grilled pork was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were crunchy and fresh. The portions were generous and you CANNOT beat the price. I paid under 10 and this included a tip. The owner takes pride in the food and service, and is back there making the orders along with his employees. There is a variety of menu items to choose from and you won’t be disappointed. I already have several items that I want to try and I can’t wait to go back. Don’t waste your on a sandwich from the larger chain sub shops, go to Paris Banh Mi.

It's my first time here and my sister mentioned this place to me. Came here to order some sandwiches to take home for dinner. I ordered 6 banh mi sandwiches. The place is nice, clean, tables to sit and dine in, friendly staff, and they've got snacks and desserts for sale too. I looked at the menu and the banh mi selections were just so delicious looking. Lol. I ended up ordering 2-combinations, 1-grilled pork, 1-bbq pork, 1-pork belly,1-pate and crispy pork, 1-key lime cake, and 1-mango key lime cheesecake. The pate and crispy pork and two desserts was mine. Lol When we got back to my sister's place and got to eating the banh mi sandwiches, it was so delicious! We were so hungry and the sandwiches tasted so good that I forgot to take pictures of them and the desserts I had over the next couple days. The baguette was not stale. It was fresh, soft, with a crisp to it. The stuffings of meat, pate, and vegetables were perfectly paired that nothing was lacking in the banh mi. When you took a bite, you can taste everything that amounts to deliciousness. I had the desserts the next day and they were so scrumptious. The key lime cake was moist, not overly sweet, and the refreshing lime taste was just perfect. This dessert was not heavy. The mango key lime cheesecake was so yummy in my tummy!!! Cheesecake is one of my favorite kind of desserts for sure. The mango and key lime taste was not overpowering. It balanced very well with the cheesecake. The creaminess of the cheesecake was great and the sweetness was perfect. Probably one of the best banh mi sandwich I've had in a very long while. The rest of my family seemed to thoroughly enjoy it and no complaints. I'm so glad there is a banh mi sandwich place on this side of town. Definitely will be coming back here again. I will also be making sure I take pictures next time too of the food!

We came here for the first time. The gentleman at the counter was very patient and helpful in answering all of my inquisitive questions with the order. Kiddos got Boba tea, and loved them. We got shredded chicken croissantwich, teriyaki chicken on a bun for the little one, and Korean corn dogs. My son said that he could actually taste the cheetos in his Korean corn dog. It was a wonderful overall experience. Thank you.

If you are a fan of Vietnamese sandwiches, this is the place to go. They have a huge selection of different sandwiches. The variety is great and the prices are good. They also have Korean corn dogs. We have tried several different ones at other places and were surprised to see these here too. If you have never tried one, it is a must. They have a big drink selection. They are all very good. There is also a fabulous bakery dessert selection. We can never walk out with just one. It is definitely worth the trip.
