Excellent dining experience. A bit of a wait but well worth it.

We were fed a discolored greenish shrimp, the calamari steak had a strange texture to it, the onion soup had hard inedible bits in it and the chef complained about being understaffed.

Our chef/entertainer was very subdued...not at all the Benihana experience we were hoping for. This was a big birthday for our daughter and I was hoping for a much more entertaining and lively experience. The prices are outrageous. Very much a rip-off. We should've gone to the Melting Pot for that price.

The food was not served very warm and we felt rushed. The chef we had also did very few 'tricks ' compared to the other chefs and when going there with kids the highlight is the 'train with onion volcano '.

We sat about 30 minutes after our reservation time, which was frustrating and they pushed 9 people into the table, which made it a little tight to eat. but unlike that, eating was good. the chef was entertaining and the service in general was good.
