Burger King - Brookville

I ordered through the drive thru. the girl who took my order wore a gray hoodie with blonde hair not even in uniform. I used a mobile coupon to show up my name and I heard that they're mumbling through the Drive-Thru speaker. then she walks out the wrong order with extremely mischievous pommes and then tears out the door as she did before. painful and very unprofessional.

Here is a sweat! They never get their order right and eat is always cold! plus this place is always dirty! new to rent some better employees! the people save time and money and go elsewhere!

I'm so upset. I was on the road last night at 20:30 (March 16, 2022) I ordered an dinner jr meal with a bottle of water. When I came into the window, the girl told me it would be $7 I asked why the sign said a price and she gave a much higher price. she argued with me that I had ordered big pommes. even the manager did not offer to help. I had clearly ordered a little meal, so I mentioned that I wanted only a little frit. She said, okay and the best she could do was 10% off. I think they just lost a repeater. I will make sure that all I can hear from this incident.

Ordered food was asked if I could pull up and wait they had to make my food fresh . No problem.i pull up and wait 10 minutes they bring my food out I start to eat the fries and they are burnt ok bite into my burger and it is cold . My coke tasted like dirt . Now this isn't the first time this has happened I'm not one to judge on the first time there but now it's happened again trust me I will never be back.... I was warned not to eat there but hey I'll give them a shot nope sorry I didn't listen to them....
