Overall, our server Hailey had a great attitude and provided excellent service. My wife enjoyed her grilled chicken burger, and I thought my burger, while a bit too fat and not as well-done as I had requested, still had a decent taste.

The kitchen at this restaurant needs improvement. We decided to eat here because a friend had never been before. I have had pleasant experiences at Ruby Tuesday's in the past, but the food is only decent considering the slightly higher prices. When we arrived, there were only 4 other customers in the restaurant, and now I understand why. The salad bar was good, as Ruby Tuesday's is known for, with fresh lettuce and veggies. However, the brisket tacos I ordered were overcooked and unpleasant, with a terrible sauce. My friend's cheeseburger was ordered medium but was still raw. The best part of the meal was the crispy fries. This restaurant needs to work on its management to attract more customers and improve the quality of the food. If they want to continue to thrive in the Brooksville area, they should take notes from Ruby Tuesday's. This place needs to step up its game in order to keep customers coming back. Good luck to them in the future.

This was the worst Ruby Tuesday experience I've had. We had only eaten at the one in Charlotte before and it was amazing, but this one was disgusting! I understand there may be a shortage of staff and food, but with an empty restaurant at 1 o'clock on a Sunday, that's unacceptable. We paid $30 for two salad bars and the food was terrible. I'm sorry to say, but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouths for a restaurant we used to enjoy.
