7-eleven - Brooksville

My own personal experience at this store is very poor. If there was a zero star I would select that. The OWNER allows his employees to cuss out and harass the customers while he hides in the back room. One specific employee talks about selling drugs out of his store as well as sells them in the parking lot. There is no way to contact the owner and have tried several times. Also he DOES NOT follow federal laws in regards to his employees wearing mask as none of them do. Iam going to send this to Corporate as SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

The store was clean, not to crowded, and the employees were very helpful and kind. The isles in the store were a bit smaller than most others.

The staff at this restaurant are absolutely phenomenal! Every time I visit, I feel compelled to indulge in all my favorite drinks and snacks because the place is impeccably clean. There’s something incredibly uplifting about entering a spotless store. I remember going there early during the COVID-19 pandemic when things felt particularly dire. The ladies at the counter checked in on me, and when I confessed my fears about catching the virus, they reassured me that everything would be alright. I picked up my fountain drink and my absolute favorite chicken salad sandwich from 7/11, enjoyed my lunch, and carried on with my day. If you ever find yourself traveling and come across a 7/11, I highly recommend stopping by. I hope you receive the same warm treatment that I do at my local 7/11 in Brooksville, Florida!

I had a disappointing experience at this place. There was no receipt paper at the pumps, and the staff member was quite rude—just standing there and staring instead of offering any help. I tried to sign up for their rewards program, but couldn't manage to do so. Additionally, the employee wasn't wearing a mask and was doing her hair right over the food counter, which is concerning. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.

The restaurant was clean and not overly crowded, with helpful and friendly staff. However, the sections in the restaurant were slightly smaller than those in most other places.
