7-eleven - Brooksville

The employees here are truly fantastic. I always enjoy stopping by for a drink or a snack because the store is spotless. There's something wonderful about walking into a clean establishment. I remember visiting the store when COVID-19 first began, and I was feeling quite anxious. The ladies at the counter noticed and asked if I was alright. I expressed my fears about contracting the virus, and they reassured me that everything would be okay. I ended up buying my favorite fountain drink and a delicious chicken salad sandwich, then enjoyed my lunch before heading out. If you're ever traveling and come across a 7-Eleven, I highly recommend stopping by. I hope you have the same wonderful experience that I do at my local 7-Eleven in Brooksville, Florida.

I had a disappointing experience at this place. There was no receipt paper at the pumps, and the staff member was quite rude—just standing there and staring instead of offering any help. I tried to sign up for their rewards program, but couldn't manage to do so. Additionally, the employee wasn't wearing a mask and was doing her hair right over the food counter, which is concerning. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.

My own personal experience at this store is very poor. If there was a zero star I would select that. The OWNER allows his employees to cuss out and harass the customers while he hides in the back room. One specific employee talks about selling drugs out of his store as well as sells them in the parking lot. There is no way to contact the owner and have tried several times. Also he DOES NOT follow federal laws in regards to his employees wearing mask as none of them do. Iam going to send this to Corporate as SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

The store is quite delightful! The gentleman who works nights is always very polite and well-mannered. The store itself is consistently clean and tidy, and overall the customer service is excellent. However, the experience during the daytime is unfortunately quite poor. It's a real shame.

The store was clean, not to crowded, and the employees were very helpful and kind. The isles in the store were a bit smaller than most others.
