Pizza King - Brookston

Love the Brookston Puzza King, but it is always so hard to meet people there. Love they have arcade games and the decor is very nice, but with so many hard surfaces it makes it difficult to even talk and hang with your group not to mention it makes it hard to hear the staff when ordering. Food was delicious and always clean when we go in. Service is always kind even if hard to communicate. Service: Dine in

What a fantastic experience! It all began with an arcade where most machines still cost just a quarter. They are well-maintained, creating a charming atmosphere that blends retro vibes with modern industrial design. While the kids enjoyed their games, I treated myself to a beer. The owner, I believe, expertly poured my Guinness into a frosty glass, giving me a much-needed break while the kids and their dad were busy playing. And the pizza? Absolutely perfect! The beloved Pizza King-style pizza struck a great balance between savory toppings, gooey cheese, and a crispy crust, all freshly baked and served. We will definitely be coming back to Brookston Pizza King!

This was by far the worst pizza we've ever had. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, and not only were they cold, but the dipping sauce was also chilled and unappetizing. The pizza was burnt on the underside and lacked any flavor. It was meant to be a veggie pizza, but it had only a few mushrooms and an overwhelming amount of olives—completely smothered in them. The restaurant was entirely empty and had a lingering smell of burnt crust. After just a few bites, we left it on the table and walked out.

Terrible service. They couldn't serve beer, and we waited an hour for subpar pizza. There was only one staff member on duty who wore headphones the whole time and was not very helpful. Several machines also took our change. We won't be returning. Service: Dine-in.
