Domino's Pizza - Brookridge

The Google review will not allow me to post my comment without at least giving the restaurant one star. They do not deserve any stars!!! I did curbside delivery tonight and they placed the two large pizzas in the backseat as requested; as such, I wasunable to verify the order. Upon arrival home (12 miles), we were most disappointed as the pizzas were burnt!!!! We called thelocal store and expressed our concerns. Unfortunately, there was no resolution and the manager, Anita, actually hung up on us.This was the first time that we had ordered Domino?s since moving out to this area 3 1/2 years ago and we will not be doing itagain!!!!!!

Customer service has gone way down. Cashier/ employee barely pays attention to what your order is as they are taking it. The last two orders we have placed in person, and both time they have gotten it wrong. I called to receive a refund and they only do credits or remakes . Both have to be done at the same store. What a waste of money!

Was very good ???????? I don't know new management or rescission or what or mabe because they're very busy, however still no excuse for performance. Been ordering for 5yrs I feel they can do alot better.

7/21/22 at 1130am. I don't know who normally makes the spicy jalapeño pineapple chicken. BUT whoever made it right now today put you all to shame! Thankyou kind person for the normal size chicken bites. I ate half the order and was full. Never before!Start training the rest!!

Was very disappointed with our pizza this time, asked for regular crust and they ended up giving us thin crust. Barley any topping on our pizza, got an 3 topping pizza and some of the peice looks like plain cheese pizza.
