Wendy's - Brooklyn

Great place for burgers. keeping this real, this establishment is not kept as kempt as it should, smells a bit greasy. Seems like every flavor is over done with grease, the burgers, fries, nuggets, etc. My most humble opinion, avoid eating here more than once a month, and your health will thank you.Parking: Parking is available.

Stopped in tonight with my husband and two children and in the dining area was a man just sitting there smoking. Isn’t this supposed to be a family friendly establishment? And the workers were just acting as if this is normal and ignoring him. Management at this facility has gone completely down beneath the grown. Isn’t disgusting.

Weird location. The building appears to lack central AC, so they had some sort of floor fan or AC unit running when we went. We just got drinks here, but during our visit, it looked like almost every customer came back up with an issue they had with their order. The kitchen area looks super cramped and unpleasant to work in; I felt bad for the staff. Be aware that there are signs posted inside asking for people to finish their stuff and be gone within 20 minutes. I do not how how strict this location is with that policy, it's not something I've ever seen before.

I ordered two 10 pieces of nuggets, one 6 pieces of nuggets (missing), 1 large fry, 1 medium fry (missing), and a drink. And this is all I got!! Plus NO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE, no salt on the fries. Disappointing.

The staff was energetic and friendly. The order was quickly prepared. The food was hot and fresh. Thank you to staff again.
