After waiting for about an hour, we finally received our food to take home, but the order was incorrect. Despite requesting no certain ingredients, the food included them, and instead of ground beef, we were given mushy beans. The food was unappetizing, incorrect, and served with rude service. It is disappointing that the staff seemed to expect customers to wait for so long and even watch the preparation of their meals. This is not Hell's Kitchen, and customers should not have to supervise employees to ensure that their orders are prepared correctly. It is disheartening that employees are not able to follow basic instructions and do their jobs properly. I should not be paid to oversee their work.
I have had my orders cancelled from this restaurant numerous times, sometimes even hours before they close. This Taco Bell location is the worst I have experienced compared to others in New York, Philadelphia, and Denver. It's rare for my orders to go through successfully.
This is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited to pay at the register and no came to the register to let me pay and I was standing there for 10 minutes until someone came for me to pay. When I finally got my order they didn’t add my add ons to my burritos even though I paid for them. While I was there, a customer also had to tell them they forgot one of the items in their order. Overall, the workers here are COMPLETELY TERRIBLE at their job and the customer service was awful. I would not recommend anyone to come here.
My experience with this restaurant has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order from here, there is always some issue with my order. After numerous attempts, I have finally learned my lesson and will not be ordering from here again. I am posting this review as a reminder to myself for the next time I crave Taco Bell - do not order from this location.
