I placed my order online, and it was ready on time and accurate. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that the location was very clean and tidy. All the tables and the soda dispenser area were being cleaned.
They cancelled my online order without any explanation after one hour waiting. very nice experience
The positives: The restaurant is clean. The negatives: The staff substituted my bread without informing me; I ordered hearty Italian but received regular, and I only realized it after getting home. It would be nice to be informed so I can make a different choice! Additionally, the CO2 in the soda fountain hasn't been replaced in months, resulting in flat drinks. I mentioned this during my last visit two weeks ago, but it still hasn't been addressed. I've started coming here every few weeks since I moved two months ago, particularly craving the southwest/sweet onion sauce, but I think I’ll explore other options in the area for better customer service.
This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. They are scammers and incredibly dishonest. The last time I was in front of this Subway, I accidentally placed two orders instead of one. I immediately went inside and kindly asked to cancel one of the orders and validate the other. The employee refused to cancel it and started making excuses, claiming he couldn't process cancellations. That's simply not true—I've had a similar issue before at another location, and the cashier canceled my order without any hassle. In the end, I was tricked into paying for four sandwiches and left with a huge plastic bag filled with them.
