Could actually be the best popeyes in America. I was on many places and this was always incredibly fast and friendly. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for busy weeks! people outside the popeyes are always cool. Food: 5/5

Popeyes is closed at the Celebration location. I think it's better than Chick-fil-A; I’ve tried both, and Popeyes is really good!

I want to highlight how quick and organized the staff is. Their communication is excellent. The cashier is very polite at all times, welcoming each person who enters and thanking them as they leave. The food is delicious and served hot. Great job! Keep up the good work!

I ordered online and received the tiniest portions, and they even shorted me by two pieces, without any chicken breast. I had to return to the restaurant to complain, and the manager initially insisted that everything was fine since he was the one who packed my order. I pointed out that I was missing some pieces and was shocked by the small serving sizes. After finally checking the receipt, he acknowledged his mistake and admitted that he hadn't packed everything. He reluctantly took back my order, gave me a disapproving look, and then threw it away before providing a completely new order. It's frustrating when they act like you're trying to pull a fast one when it's actually them who shortchanged you.
