Patsy's Pizzaria - Brooklyn

I went to this restaurant with a reservation but they did not honor it, and many others who were waiting also experienced the same issue. The line was long and the management was unfriendly. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

Please note that this restaurant does not accept OpenTable reservations! Despite having a 6:15 reservation, we arrived to find a long line of frustrated customers before a concert. The restaurant no longer takes reservations, but they are still being confirmed through OpenTable. The owner kindly distributed pizza to those waiting in line to prevent anyone from going hungry. We eventually found seats at the bar and enjoyed delicious food and great company. It would have been helpful to know in advance to arrive early and expect a wait.

The restaurant was completely unprepared for the volume of business, did not honor the reservation and we left after waiting in chaos for about 45 minutes.

This dinner reservation turned out to be a disappointment for a special occasion. They did not honor any reservations and did not take names, causing chaos with patrons pushing and shoving in a long line that extended into the dining room, disrupting those already eating. It is not recommended to include this restaurant on your reservation list. Despite the food being decent and the service being satisfactory once we finally sat down (over an hour and 15 minutes after our reservation time), the overall experience was unpleasant. We were unfamiliar with the area and had event tickets following dinner, so we were left unsure of where else to go. We had assumed that making a reservation over a month in advance would guarantee a smooth dining experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I had a reservation for 1 in a night I knew they would be busy due to a show in town. There was a line out the door when I arrived. When I worked my way to the front of the line, I was told to go back and wait in line as the line was moving fast anyway. This completely defeats the purpose of a reservation. I ate at the restaurant next-door which didn 't take reservations, but openly said that they didn 't. I 'd like an opportunity to eat at Patsys in the future but It will be another time.
