I give it a 5 star because me and my son went and the staff were very nice the food was amazing and overall no complaints

The service was pretty nice, they cleared away your dishes pretty fast. However, the food was pretty bland, I had the shumai, takoyaki, tempura, and a bit of my friend's bento box. They had virtually no taste, the taste came from the dipping sauces. Even then its still pretty bland and you need a lot of sauce. It's also pretty pricy for such a small portion, like the tempura was nearly $11 for 5 pieces.

I placed an order once at 6 o'clock, to be delivered at 8:30 ! They called me at 7 that they are outside my apartment…I canceled my order after all cuz I wasn't even at home yet. I gave them another chance…ordered again next day and asked for some special instructions…they didn't follow…after all bad reviews…not worth it…every time I'm ordering there is something wrong!

There food is typically very good. But I definitely think they forgot about my order. The delivery arrived 45 minutes late and the items that should have been cooked were ice cold which made me then have to question the quality of the fish. Like was this just sitting out on a counter hanging around and spoiling for an hour?
