Little Forno - Brooklyn

The food is so good and staff are super friendly definitely worth the train ride from Manhattan. Get the bone marrow and burrata salad! They now have Sunday brunch and the crispy octopus and pork torchon is amazing!!!!

I've been here twice now and I can't decide which visit I enjoyed more. A small, quaint restaurant in Bay Ridge serving up delicious hearty plates that will surely leave you beyond satisfied, Little Forno's limited (but exciting) menu will score you major points with your date, and also your stomach. One of the dishes I tried out was their Flatiron Steak with crispy fingerling potatoes, sweet onions, boredelaise. Cooked to steak perfection (medium rare, of course), this is a not-to-be-missed dish. It's been a while since I've had a steak that had this much flavor bursting out of it with every single bite. Another unbelievable dish of theirs, and one that could go toe-to-toe with their steak is there crispy pork belly. Which. Is. Just. Outstanding. Served along with succotash, peach ginger jam pork jus. Cutting through the fat was like cutting through butter and the crispy skin was perfectly crunchy. The service here matches the quality of the food and I'm glad to have already been here a handful of times. Can't wait to go back.

Had a great time at a private event at this neighbourhood favourite. Intimate and loaded with a homey feel if your family is several generations of Italians). The brunch menu was a hit with the crowd. The mimosas and adult beverages were a good complement to the food. Chris and our server made custom menus for our event and doted on each of us without being cloying. The honouree felt special as we all did. Thank you!

Great food, excellent service! Ate her with my wife and we had a wonderful meal. The menu is creative and not just typical Italian food. Everyone is friendly, they have a full bar, really good wines, and the place had a cozy feel. It is small, so i would recommend making reservations, good for foodies.

Excellent and highly recommended! My wife and I have dined at Little Forno twice, most recently last night. Both times the service was on point, the pastas and sauces were perfect, and overall, we had two great experiences. If you’re celebrating a special event, anniversary, birthday, or milestone... you want to select a nice restaurant that is reliable and serves great, quality food. Little Forno is one of our top places for that in Bay Ridge.
