The fries! I polished off all of mine and even half of my companion's. There was something about the pepper, paired with the perfect crunch on the outside and softness on the inside. A 5-star rating, in my opinion, reflects a texture that is as delightful as the flavor, leaving a lasting positive impression.

Taco Tuesdays and Oyster Thursdays during happy hour—what more could you ask for? The cocktails are potent, too. The pizza is delicious, making it a great spot for families.

I ordered a few dishes, and when I asked him how a particular salad was, he jokingly said it was bad. We laughed, but then I asked him seriously for his opinion. He then said it was good, which didn't really satisfy me. Typically, when I ask about a dish, I expect a more in-depth response, like how it's prepared or what flavors it has. It’s not just lettuce on a plate—have you even tried it? It’s important for a waiter to have some knowledge about the food they’re serving. I also noticed he didn’t ask how I wanted my burger cooked, so I had to go inside and confirm that with a waitress. Anyway, to make a long story short, I ended up having to leave in a hurry due to an emergency, even though I had already ordered my food. I became quite anxious, continuously asking when my food would be ready as my stress grew. I was warned that the French onion soup could take about 30 minutes. The waitress I dealt with then was incredibly gracious, even though I was essentially pestering her every few minutes. I anticipated that my food would reflect the chaos I was going through, but it turned out to be quite good—actually, great—except for the forgotten burger, which I wasn’t charged for. So, perhaps they need a few more hands on deck, but overall, the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely consider coming back, as the food alone is worth it. Kudos to the chef and the kitchen staff!

Fantastic local bistro! We dined indoors, which has a charming French pub atmosphere, but the outdoor seating area is expansive with plenty of tables. The Paddock salad was delightful, featuring duck confit and duck prosciutto that paired wonderfully with the zesty lemon vinaigrette. The burger was also top-notch. I deducted one star because the food took a bit longer to arrive, but that’s my only complaint!

The service was extraordinarily slow, the worst I've encountered while dining out all year. We waited over an hour for our food, including the salad. The pasta was bland and lackluster. Considering the quality, it was overpriced. Additionally, they only accept cash.
