La Villa Cafe - Brooklyn

I recently received an order from this restaurant with coffee spilled all over the food, creating a mess that made it impossible to eat. I reached out to the restaurant and was given the option of a refund or placing another order at a later time. I agreed to place a new order for $15. However, when I called today to place the order and reminded the lady who I was, she immediately told me it would be the last time I order from them. After waiting for an hour, she called to confirm my address, only to later inform me that she would not be able to deliver to me because I live too far away (despite having delivered to the address before). She continued to interrupt me on the phone and asked if she could deliver the order the next day. This experience was extremely disrespectful and the customer service was terrible.

Do not directly order from the store using Menustar. My order was never delivered and the restaurant phone busy or off the hook..until close of business. I was charged for the order.

I feel bad what happened to it want on fire from a e bike wow we keep tell her it hot in the store something is going to happen

This is a good breakfast spot that I visit at least three times a week. I really love their fresh juices.

Food is awesome. You can always smell the rotisserie chicken in the morning. The lady that works the counter is very nice.
