Island Burger - Brooklyn

The lady at counter was rude. Asked me to leave a tip for a take out order. No dine in area, no curb side pickup not even a place to sit and wait for your food but you want a tip. That's unheard of. This establishment should be ashamed asking for tipsfor a take out restaurant. Just another way to get more money out of customers.

The fries were a bit undercooked (hard) but other than that this place does not disappoint. I normally get the grilled shrimp but this time i decided to try the fried shrimp as well. The fried shrimp was really good!

Spicy fried wings were DELICIOUS, so fresh and tasty. The sauces were amazing, reminds me of back home. Its really the garlic sauce for me!!! Fries were good too. Everytime I want a taste of back home, I order from here. Definitely one of my favorite spots. Never disappoints!!!

The Shrimp and Chips was great. My daughter always enjoy the chips. The Chicken Burger was a amazing, it was so crispy and juicy at the same time. The Trini-Chinese Style Wings are my favorite and order that every time. It never disappoints. I tried the Chicken Salad it was so good. It was savory and sweet with the mango chunks in it. My order is always on point with Island Trini Burger.

The French fries were enjoyable; I particularly liked the sweet potato fries along with the regular ones. The spicy wings were tasty, but I wish they were a bit smaller in size. As for the shark burger, it was my first time trying it. While the food didn’t have a pleasant smell and didn’t look very appetizing, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The shark burger had a salty fish flavor, which turned out to be quite good. I was initially apprehensive due to its appearance and aroma, but ultimately, it tasted better than I expected.
