Hummus Inc - Brooklyn

Soouo. You never know with hummus and falafel, and this time it was a miss. the falafel was tasteful, but not like falafel – just well seasoned. I'm really disappointed with hummus. it was too thick and not enough lemon. the zhoug could have been better. I wish I could give a better review. ?

This restaurant serves the best falafel outside of Israel. The price is perfect and the flavor is just right, although slightly mild. I asked for some homemade zhug to add a bit of spice, which made it perfect. I had a bit of trouble finding the place, located in Dekalb Market Hall by the Trader Joe's at street level within City Point, but it was definitely worth it.

Hummus inc is in the food dish in the mall and definitely worth going to! we got our food. falafel burger was great. were large. even the French riders were not so tender but crispy! 10!

I had the Sabich. Not happy about the way it was stacked and not really filled well. So many great places for sabich can't waste the calories
