Dunkin' - Brooklyn

Slow!!! But this is set up so bad for a parking lot and drive thru!! It?s 3:53 on a Saturday. Watched Starbucks take orders and cars move while they are still 5 cars backed up. Got out of line and drove away and inside wasn?t even that busy either!

The staff is always polite and fast. I always use the drive-thru and even with a long line of cars I've never waited long.

Whenever I'm craving some genuine coffee, I know I can count on Dunkin' Donuts. While gas station coffee has its merits, when I really need a strong caffeine boost to kickstart my day, Dunkin' is my go-to spot! Can I get a hallelujah amen? The coffee and donuts here are simply fantastic. A big thank you to the staff, who are always friendly and welcoming!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Something is seriously off here. I always end up waiting in line for a long time, and there's always something wrong with my order. I can’t understand why they even bother having a line if they can’t get the orders right. The coffee I got today tasted like plain milk—I couldn't drink it and had to pour it out. Seriously, just hold onto your money instead.

This place has been quite disappointing during my visits over the past month. It seems like they hire anyone, as the service is inconsistent and my orders have been wrong multiple times. Items are often missing, and I have to point them out. Additionally, the parking lot is chaotic—my car was even backed into. Overall, I would not recommend this location.
